DON’T MISS OUT THIS TIME – LAST YEAR’S REGISTRATION FOR THE TRANSFORMER COURSE SOLD OUT EARLY. REGISTER TODAY!

More than half of the power transformers in service in North America at this time are over forty years old! Are you responsible for these critical assets?

WEIDMANN Diagnostic Solutions is presenting a three-day training seminar, “Transformers D2 – Design to Demise,” to give you the basic tools to better understand your power transformers, whether they are new units or aged units. This course is designed with transformer operations and maintenance personnel in mind and will cover topics that will assist you in making critical decisions regarding the purchasing, maintenance, and replacement of power transformers on your system. In addition, the seminar will include a visit to a power transformer manufacturing facility, Waukesha Electric Systems, in Waukesha, WI, so that you can witness, first hand, the manufacture of a transformer.(***Participation in the factory tour is at the sole discretion of Waukesha Electric Systems***).

This year WEIDMANN has scheduled an additional one-day course that will cover oil diagnostics. Topics include DGA for power transformers, LTCs, OCBs and bushings. All aspects of dielectric fluids will also be on the agenda. The course will be taught by two experts on these topics: Dr. Bruce Pahlavanpour, Nynas Naphthenics, UK, and Dr. Fredi Jakob, WEIDMANN Diagnostic Solutions.
